The organisation of the day could not have been better – and with the club’s support the whole experience was first class. I would like to add, for the record, that your own handling of our event, from start to finish, was absolutely exemplary. It was a pleasure to work with you and you could not have left us all with a more impressive sense of your professionalism, efficiency, attentiveness – and above all good humour! It enabled me and all my colleagues to simply enjoy the day.
